You may have noticed that “Piña” has a little curly thing above the “n”. This is called a tilde. You may wonder how I put it in the blog, since it’s not on your keyboards. It’s quite simple, really. All you have to do is Google “n with tilde”, click on the “Ñ” Wikipedia article that is the first entry, go to the lowercase in the first sentence, and copy and paste. Oh, and remember, this will be bold, so you have to unbold it unless you’re pasting into plain text.
Needless to say, I really didn’t want to make you guys have to go through all that every time you wanted to send me an email or visit the site via typing in the URL. Thus, I have made a painful (read: somewhat obvious and very easy) decision. While I will continue to use a tilde on titles and on the site, nothing you guys ever have to type will have a tilde - just a plain “n”. Thus, the email address is pinacoladahappyhour@live.com, the Facebook page is facebook.com/pinacoladahappyhour, the Twitter account is @PinaColadaHpyHr, and the Tumblr address is pinacoladahappyhour.tumblr.com
So, feel free to type the plain “n”. You won’t hurt my feelings. Much.
